MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: October 17, 2011
Present: Peter Kolodziej and John Makuc
Also present: Matt Puntin of SK Design
The meeting began at 3:30pm
1. The minutes from 9.12.11 were approved as written.
2. Matt Puntin of SK Design came in to talk about a proposal to demolish and rebuild the former Zantay house currently owned by Marc White (Map 110 Lot 007, no 911#). This proposal will need to go before the Conservation Commission as well as there is an intermittent stream on the property. Floor plans will be submitted when the final plans are. John felt that this would be considered new construction.
3. The next Board of Health meeting will be on Monday, November 7th at 3:30.
